Theory, set theory, or some other framework serves, or can serve, as a foundation, or the foundation of some, most, or all of mathematics. Recent years have seen a wealth of discussion on the topic of the foundations of mathematics, and the extent to which category So it can be claimed that the SDVIcE tool is effective in improving the quality of the virtual laboratory experiment designs. The results of the study indicate that the laboratory learning outcomes and skills developed are improved when they perform experiment in the virtual laboratory with experiment designs carried out using the SDVIcE tool. The control group students perform the experiment in virtual lab using the traditional experiment design and the students from the experiment group perform experiments designed using the SDVIcE tool. The students were divided into two groups. The effectiveness of the SDVIcE tool is established with the help of a quasi-experimental study carried out with 39 UG engineering students. The instructors follow a step-by-step process for the scientific design of various virtual laboratory experiments and the online SDVIcE tool provides scaffolds with description of various aspects of the experiment design. This paper discusses the design and development of the experiment design guidelines, which enable engineering instructors to design effective virtual laboratory experiments. The major problem engineering instructors have when they wish to effectively integrate any educational technology such as virtual laboratories is the lack of comprehensive guidelines. Subsequently the initial project idea is briefly described (1), technical design according to the didactical demands are outlined (2, 3) and first evaluation results will be presented (4). The remote chamber will be used in the Information Logistics study program at the Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart (HFT Stuttgart) as part of laboratory exercises and will be available to other users across universities in the future. The focus is on the development of a dashboard and corresponding technical integration for remote access of an RFID measuring chamber. This paper describes the alignment of the didactical requirements with the technical design and architecture to build up a sustainable remote laboratory system for study, teaching and research. The project Open Digital Lab for You (DigiLab4U) focuses on the creation of a net-worked laboratory-based learning environment where students, teachers and researchers can access industry related laboratory equipment focusing on the Internet of Things (IoT) and Industry 4.0 (I4.0). Last, the authors discuss the theoretical and practical implications for college student learning in a laboratory class in STEM education. The findings show that the knowledge sharing mechanism and student learning outcomes can be explained in terms of their social capital within social networks. Network data from 120 students in a lab class in a mechanical engineering department in the United States were collected and analyzed to test the research model and hypotheses using the multiple regression quadratic assignment procedure and UCINET. The authors establish a research model derived from social capital theory that explains the relational, structural, and cognitive capital the class builds. In particular, the authors investigate how the social capital each student builds influences individual knowledge sharing and its related learning. With the growing attention to the effective use of social network analysis in explaining student learning in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education, the authors explore why college students share knowledge and how they achieve their learning in a laboratory class.
